Vikki Bebb
Miss Rowena Pryddy

Appearing in Cape Town

Vikki Bebb has always dreamed of being a performer.  With a BA in Acting at Trinity Saint David, her talent led to great recognition, receiving a prestigious Andrew Lloyd Webber Scholarship to study for an MA in Musical Theatre at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.  From a small village in the south Wales valleys, Vikki is incredibly excited to explore the role of Rowena and be a part of the production.

Like Vikki, Rowena Pryddy is a Valley girl, who longs for a future away from David Morgan’s shop floor and its boarding house in central Cardiff.  Drawn to the vibrant community in Butetown, she rails against the social and racial prejudices of the time.

Wales Millennium Centre is the bedrock of Welsh theatre and holds so many opportunities. I’m over the moon to be performing in this first Welsh musical, an epic adventure telling the story of my ancestors.

Vikki’s professional work includes Pinocchio and Sleeping Beauty at Simply Theatre and a solo performance at The Welsh Guards Centenary Concert.
